Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR)

CPR, or as I like to call it, the superhero move of the first aid world, is a skill everyone should have in their back pocket. It’s like giving someone a heart reboot with chest compressions and rescue breaths—think of it as giving their heart a little pep talk! Knowing CPR means you can swoop in like a hero during emergencies and maybe even save a life So, whether you're at home or just trying to impress your friends with your life-saving skills, being CPR-ready is a total win!
